Anti-Fraud Policy

Herbal Secret uses an automated 11-factor fraud detection system that monitors all affiliate activity in real-time. Any attempt to manipulate, game, or abuse the affiliate program will result in immediate consequences.
The following will lead to account suspension or permanent ban:
- ✕Using your own referral code to get discounts on your own purchases (self-referral)
- ✕Creating fake accounts to generate fraudulent orders
- ✕Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate referral counts
- ✕Sharing your code through spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices
- ✕Coordinating with others to create fake purchases and split commissions
- ✕Providing false information during the application process
- ✕Any activity that our fraud detection system flags as suspicious
Violations will result in all pending commissions being voided, your affiliate account being permanently suspended, and your Herbal Secret account being banned. We reserve the right to withhold any earnings associated with fraudulent activity. By joining the affiliate program, you agree to these terms as outlined in our Terms of Service.
