1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted securely.

2. Products and Pricing

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, natural variances in herbal elements may occur.

3. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method expiration dates.

4. Health Disclaimer

Disclaimer: The products and claims made about specific products on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA or Ghana FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new herbal supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

The Herbal Secret Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring new customers. By joining, you agree to the following:

• Affiliates earn a 12% commission on the gross checkout total of each sale made using their unique referral code.
• Customers who use a valid referral code receive a 3% discount on their order.
• Commissions are held for a minimum of 72 hours before being confirmed, to allow for order verification and fraud checks.
• The minimum payout threshold is GH₵500. A GH₵5 processing fee is deducted per payout.
• Payouts are sent to the Mobile Money (MoMo) number registered on your affiliate account. You are responsible for ensuring your MoMo details are correct.
• Herbal Secret reserves the right to void any commission, suspend or terminate any affiliate account, and withhold any unpaid earnings at its sole discretion if fraud or abuse is detected.
• Affiliate commissions are non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your affiliate account to another person.
• Herbal Secret may modify commission rates, payout thresholds, or program terms at any time with notice to active affiliates.

7. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy

⚠️ Zero Tolerance: Herbal Secret operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, manipulation, and abuse of the affiliate program. All affiliate activity is monitored by an automated fraud detection system.

The following actions constitute violations that will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your Herbal Secret account and forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions:

• Self-referral: Using your own referral code to purchase products for yourself or for accounts you control.
• Fake accounts: Creating multiple accounts to generate fraudulent orders, inflate referral counts, or circumvent program rules.
• Automated abuse: Using bots, scripts, browser automation, or any automated tools to generate clicks, sign-ups, or orders.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other individuals to create fake or circular purchases for the purpose of generating commissions.
• Spam & deceptive practices: Promoting your referral code through unsolicited messages, misleading claims, or impersonation of Herbal Secret.
• False information: Providing false personal details, fake MoMo numbers, or misrepresenting your identity during the application process.
• Refund manipulation: Encouraging customers to purchase using your code and then return the products to generate commissions on non-genuine sales.

Upon detection of any violation, Herbal Secret will: (a) immediately void all pending commissions associated with the fraudulent activity; (b) permanently suspend the affiliate account; (c) ban the associated Herbal Secret customer account; and (d) withhold all unpaid earnings. We reserve the right to pursue legal action where applicable under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
